What is IPLC?
Service that allows the establishment of a private, very high-speed, completely secure connection between a local site and another located beyond national borders via the SAT3/WASC/SAFE, WACS, NCSCS, SAIL and CEIBA 2 submarine cables.
Implementation & Partnerships
The connection is built through bilateral partnership agreements with numerous operators (interconnection agreement) for their international part and is based on national service offers for the local end of the connection.
Its implementation uses the following supports:
- Optical fiber (underwater or terrestrial cable)
- Radio beam
- Satellite
- A combination of these transmission media
