On August 21, 2020, the CAMTEL Board of Directors adopted a resolution reorganizing the services of CAMTEL, notably with the creation of three Business Units for the Transport, Mobile and Fixed networks. This comes after the government granted Transport, Mobile and Landline concessions on March 4, 2020. The Transport Business Unit (BUT), a legacy of the former Wholesale Department, has the essential mission of producing and marketing electronic transport communications services under objective, transparent and non-discriminatory conditions.
